Since 1998, we have handled bathrooms, additions, garages and barns, roofing, siding, and painting for families throughout Fauquier, Culpeper, and Rappahannock Counties. We are a local company, licensed and insured, and known for doing high-quality work at an honest price, with the kind of straight communication that makes a remodel far less stressful than most homeowners expect.
The company starts with Steve Manion. Steve has worked in construction his entire life, and he is a native of the Central Virginia area, so the homes and land he builds on sit in the region he has known for decades. When he is not on a job site, he is usually outdoors somewhere in that same country he calls home.
Steve founded the company in 1998 with a simple idea: charge an honest rate, never mark up materials, and give homeowners truly custom, high-end work without the price tag that usually comes with it. Hundreds of projects later, that is still exactly how we operate. Steve has built custom homes and decks over the years, including his own, and he brings that same standard to every bathroom, addition, and outbuilding we take on.
